I'm Kranthi Ghanta — an engineer at Amazon based in Dallas, TX, with a background in cloud infrastructure, backend systems, and platform engineering.

I got into tech through Computer Information Systems at the University of Central Missouri and have spent 10+ years building monitoring and logging systems around service operations and user experience across different products and platforms.

The more honest resume isn't the titles — it's the trail of incidents, rollbacks, and hard-won fixes that never make it onto a LinkedIn profile. That's what this blog is actually about.
